Black skirt tetras can breed easily in a 10 gallon tank. Planted one is required as eggs are scattered and they should be safe from hungry parents. No bottom dwellers if possible . pH - 7 is just fine. Slow flow of water is ideal. the developer of http://www.aqua-fish.net Yes, I am very busy.
