Hi, I have a Pictus cat that has scraped on side almost completely and the other side partially. He did this yesterday. I have removed him from the main tank and put him in a fresh, clean tank by himself. He isn't doing too good and is now laying kind of on his side. Is there anything at all I can do to help him? are the scrapes open wounds or just exterior damage. Best thing to do with the fish is to put it in a quarantine tank and add some methylene blue which will clean out the wounds and prevent any fungus or infections. Fish can heal very quickly if the wounds are kept clean. http://www.fishtankforum.co.uk
