You dont have enough iron in water. Try use some fertilizer. For example PMDD. Wampa 2008-05-02 Answer no. 2 http://forum.aqua-fish.net/?topic=plants-turning-to-yellow#3 Hi Kate. The main problem I guess is of aquarium lighting here. Either the photoperiod is less or the lights are not properly placed. My tank is: 50x40x40 cm; 20W neon lighting; 4 angelfish; 2 catfish; lots of vallisneria plants. Is that all? TY , Kate anonymous 2008-05-02 Answer no. 5 http://forum.aqua-fish.net/?topic=plants-turning-to-yellow#6 Hi, Now I agree with Peter. I think your light intensity is low. You need 40 W of light. And lenght of light time period 10-12 hours. This might be the light, but pH, or dKH levels as well. At old ages I kept various plants species in my tanks but as time went by some of them died, some of them adapted and grow larger. It would be nice to hear which plants species you’re talking about . Then my suggestions would be more wise. jan 2008-05-02
