I left my fish without any food and each survived. They were Angelfish and Bristlenose catfish. There was no light, only filtration running all days. The filter didn't get dirty too much and fishes didn't have digestive problems later. But it was risky of course (!!!). I recommend you to buy some automatic fish feeder, use timers for lighting, also use an air pump (no matter if the filter does aeration, the filter may get dirty; thus aeration could be lowered or even stopped - this applies to internal filters naturally). If you're away only 3 days then fish don't need any food for sure. Except some species (usually livebearers with very fast digestion). Usually, the larger the fish are, the longer time period they can be without food. Bear in mind that it'll be risky.
