I am very new to the world of fish. Since march of this year I have been given two 55 gal tanks with fish. In the 1st tank given to me by my dad he didn't know what he had. Not sure how many fish he started with but by the time I got it there was only 2. After researching I found out the really beat up fish was a Blue Gourami (which will be finding a new home) the other a Kenyi cichlid. After rearranging the tank to accommodate more of the south African Malawi cichlids. I apparently made the environment suitable for my snails to breed at least that is what I believe they were doing and found research supporting my thoughts. How long after the copulation will I see eggs?

It usually takes 5-7 days, however mystery snails can store sperm, so further reproduction is possible no matter whether they mate again or not.
the developer of http://www.aqua-fish.net Cool

Yes, I am very busy. So accept my apologies since I cannot visit this forum too much. But I'll do my best because I own this website Biggrin .
