A friend asked me how she could keep toads from swiming in her pond with the goldfish. I had no idea how to answer this question. If anyone has any suggestions please share.

the only thing I can think of is to place a fine mesh net over the top at night, the toads should be on their travels in the dark, when they return in the morning, might stop them re-entering the pond .
Problem is when toads or frogs make a home in a pond they keep returning.
