i have 2 small plants and one big one also i have a tunnel for her to go in and out of i have nice gravle. do i need anything els?
i know some good things bout betta fish, mine is a crown tail betta (female)

Secondly your fish will become egg bloated if there's no male for her to breed with. Bettas cannot release eggs, therefore they slowly die in pain if not bred. So you should get another tank with male for breeding purposes only.

we tried the filter and what happend is it started to suck the betta in so we turned it off Huh
i know some good things bout betta fish, mine is a crown tail betta (female)

As jan said, you will need a filter, heater, and thermometer...personally, I do not find it necessary to have an air pump because bettas are surface breathers. You might want to find a different kind of filter (i.e. sponge, undergravel), or you could try making the flow less strong by attaching the neck of a plastic water bottle onto the filter pump.
