I have a 50gal. octagon tank. It has crushed coral on the bottom with some coral for decoration, a canister pump, heater and air.I keep it around 75 F. I have at this time 2 red velvet swordtails,(1m,1f) 5 danio (all f i think), 1 white(silver) molly(m) , 1 black Molly(f), 1 dalmatian platy(f),1 bumblebee platy (F), and 1 bumblebee platy (M) At least that's what the pet store told me he was but he doesn't look like a bumblebee platy). Yes i plan on adding more F for the swordtail, and a M for the Danio, and also a few ghost shrimp or other crab shrimp like fish, and also a gold dojo loach or two. Dose this sound like a good idea or can any one give me any help. the 2 pic are of the (m) "bumblebee platy". Thank You

I can see where you are coming from with the stocking but you are approaching your maximum stocking levels with the 50 gallons, this will hold 25 small fish. Once the aquarium has matured you may get away with a higher stocking level. You definitely need to add some more female swordtails so I would concentrate on that for now.
