Carefully take all the decorations out of the aquarium. Now, use a solution of bleach and water (1 part of bleach and two parts of water) and soak the decorations for half an hour. Rinse all the decorations thoroughly and then soak them in water with a sufficient amount of declorinator and then after half an hour take them out and let them air dry.

I know, that the best way how to clean the decorations is to put them into boiling water, so all the bacterias will be killed. But this should be done with new decorations, or with decorations from the ill aquarium.
