he tried building one for his female, but they all floated to the top because there wasnt a suitable place for it. but he went right ahead and started nipping at the female. I seperated them for a couple of days, she's full of eggs and has the white dot. i put them back together, but he's chasing her agressivly still and i'm worried. he already bit a chunk outta her tail. will he build another bubble nest in time?

Betta males are exceptionally hard workers when it comes to building their bubble nest. If he has already started building the nest, he will keep trying till he is successful.

Remove the female in a seperate container and place the container next to the male's tank, so that he can see the female while building the nest.

Introduce the female in his tank only once he has built a sizable nest.
