black on fish

Hi I am new member from South Africa and been getting to know my fish tank for just over a year. I have 5 gold fish in it. I had a problem with slime and algea in my 30 liter tank. I now have a uv filter and added viresco algea to it. My tank is sparkling clean. My problem now is that the one fish have black color on it. How do I "wash" this fish to get it off? One year. The fish is now clean. It would seem it comes and go.
