What are the qualifications a tank must have to breed black skirts. Gal,ph,etc?

Black skirt tetras can breed easily in a 10 gallon tank. Planted one is required as eggs are scattered and they should be safe from hungry parents. No bottom dwellers if possible Biggrin .

pH - 7 is just fine. Slow flow of water is ideal.
