I heard from my friend there is a Chinese manufacture sells high quality product with affordable price. The name of Company is "Fire Aquarium". Not sure about US, but I was in Canada last year and bought FIRE crystal tank from a store near Toronto. The quality of the tank is great. Here is their link: http://www.aquainspiration.com/
