just wondering if anyone can give me information on how long it takes for the babies to be free swimming from the time they are laid and what is the best way to care for them any help would be much appreicated
i work in a fish shop

The fry will hatch in 3 days after eggs are laid. They will consume egg sac in 3-5 days. Then it's necessary to feed them artemia salina or microworms. Housing them in a dedicated tank is best choice.

thank you so much for your reply the fish are all free swimming now and all very healthy and look so cute cant wait to watch them devolop into little baby angels

feed them baby brine shrimp,and egg yolk squeeze thru tight cloth but dont over feed they will get fungus fast.
