I brought a cichlid from the animal tuckerbox and they said it was a texas cichlid, but ive done some research and i think its a species of pundamilia nyererei, a female by the looks anyway i'll attach a photo.
Please get back as soon as you can so i know what partner to buy for it ta.
Its the 1 in the middle it has greeny, yellow stripes a pearl blue bar on its lower jaw in sunlight.

Looks like a type of aulonacara (peacock) from lake malawi maybe a yellow jake or a jacobfribergi. Can be kept with most other africans. Does not look like a victorian which could be a pundamilla or oterwise called a crimson tide. It is a fairly non aggressive species
