Ive checked my water for nitrite/ammonia/nitrate and the ph is fine. But my silver mollies got dark pigmented. I dont know if its disease or a different problem. Any suggestions?

Silver mollies turning dark or black is a hint that they are not in good health or they may be unhappy. Is it just a little bit like on the belly or tail or is it all over? Since live bearers in the aquarium industry can be inbred they aren't always the best of quality. Be sure to give them a diet that includes more veggies than protein. Check the quality of the water with a master test kit. Keep up with frequent partial water changes.
