What is your opinion on feeder tablets? I would like to go somewhere trough summer, but I doesn´t know how should I secure their feeding. I wouldn´t like to leave them only on their one. But I don´t realy belive to those tablets. By the way, I have many plecos in aquarium and plecos will eat and eat.... I don´t belive they leave it until next day for all fish in the tank. And will it not contaminate the water?

When I went out of town for two weeks I used the automatic feeders. I don't like the idea of the discs you speak of cause some fish don't know when to stop eating. Some automatic feeders can be set up to feed twice a day while other feeders feed up to 8 times a day. I don't recommend using it full time but while you're away should be ok. When you're at home it will be important to feed your fish yourself so that you can watch to make sure they're all eating.
