My Guppies males’ eyes get dark sometimes. Their eye lids (good term?) get completly brown/black in a moment. After a few seconds, it disappears and it looks normal. Is it anything bad, or is it normal? Does it apply to males only? Maybe hormons?

Does anybody have any experience of this kind? Those two guys make love to a group of females Love for about 1-2 months.

In my experience, fish’s eyes get dark if they’re scared or if they’re affraid of something.

The same thing happend to most of my Guppies males. They were attempting to nail the females in all cases. There’s no fear or so.
