my tank water is really cloady i ve had my tank nearly aweek now it as had water conditioner in wot shall i do

Cloudy water can be a result of more reasons. In your case I think it's the time. You can't expect a tank to be cycled after just one week.

You should change approximately 30%-40% of water each 1-2 days until it gets better. Or you can get some water from other aquarists in order to introduce notrification bacteria into your aquarium.

Also buy test kits in order to understand if there is low/high pH, if water hardness is acceptable and if there is too much NO2 or ammonia in the tank. If any of these is of dangerous values, do water changes each day until it stabilizes.
