By loose I take it you mean flakes.

Quality flake can be just as beneficial as any live foods.
With bloodworms, they are o.k. as long as they are not fed to the fish too often. All foods are good for the fish as long as the diet is a varied one.

mickey can u suggest me some supplement diet food for my fishes....i am feeding them with tetra bits and blood worms.........two times a day both the feeds....my fishes are oscars parrots silver dollar and sharks....plzzzzz sugest me feed to enhance their colors....

I would restrict the bloodworms to 2-3 times per week. Frozen brine shrimp is good for keeping the digestive system clear, with the oscar, I would definately add some frozen beef/turkey heart into the diet.
