I want to have live rock in my aquarium and I wanted to ask if there is any specific light requirement.

its not the Live rock that needs the light so much as the future corals that you intend to add.Are you going for soft or hard corals .
Whats the size of your tank and I will be able to answer better,especially need to know the depth.
