One of my two blackfin tetras is not looking too good. it is really bloated and its scales are starting to lift. it also has clear gelatinous blobs on its skin. if that wasn't enough, it also looks like it has blood in the bottoms of its eyes. any ideas what is wrong, and what i should do?
