Hi there

I'm having trouble with the pH levels in my 200L tank...
Basically I cant keep the pH down because the tap water round here is coming out at 8pH!!
So when I do water changes the pH spikes up which is not good
I've been using pH down, but am relutant to keep using it as I dont want to stress the fish out with it.

Today I've been out and brought some water to do a water change...which for me isn't ideal as well

Basically i was wondering if anyone out there knows a trick to help bring the pH down naturally?

Cheers
