It is quite simple, you just have to put some frozen food in a cup of warm water and you will notice that the food is getting dissolved. Start feeding your fish when the food becomes quite soft.

I used to put frozen food into the tank immediately after taking it out from my freezer. Fish Heart loved Heart it.

Frozen food must be defrosted and the water from the frozen food must be washed out. That water can be ful of heavy metasl which can cause diseases!!!!
