Betta fish can be mixed with other non-aggressive fish. You can mix them with other slow-moving fish (fish with large fins).

Goldfish can be mixed with non-aggressive fish of similar size like they’re of.

Yes, I am very busy. So accept my apologies since I cannot visit this forum too much. But I'll do my best because I own this website Biggrin .

Yes if your betta is a female! Well it is just easier to find a tankmate.
I kept my female with my guppies and they were fine.
Males can also go with females, just make sure it isn’t a fin nipper or anything that looks like it!

Well I had the same problem and some fish aren't good to go with a betta!lol. I would suggest getting snails for your betta. Fish to never put in are other male bettas. You could also have femail guppies but never male. The betta fish will just attack it because it is a bright colored fish. I personely think that your goldfish if you don't allready have in with your betta would be fine. Hope this helps!

I have 6 larger sized neon tetras, one long catfish that eats algea and 2 mystery snails about 1 inch across. My betta tried to bite the catfis once, same with the yellow snail, then left them all alone after that. The neons can dart away and also they as a group seem maybe large to the betta, so he never bothered them to my knowledge! Hope this helps. Bye
