When I kept my reef tank I always wanted to keep Lionfish but didnt have the tank space for a fully fledged voltan. That led me to purchase Rex, my fuzzy dwarf Lionfish. He turned out to be the tamest fish I ever kept even though he was venomous.Every morning he would swim to the surface of the water to get his prawn off me,which after a few weeks he was taking from my hand.

Do not hand feed venomous fish unless you are experienced with them

I have since sold off my reef tank and returned to freshwater but I do miss Rex Tears
